⚡ How it works

Container transport, run by an AI agent — step by step.

The whole journey of a container move, and what your AI agent does at every step.

New to AI agents? Here's the simplest picture: a back-office clerk that works your entire container transport day. Follow one move, from posting to payment — and see the agent working at every step.

The workflow

1
📝

Post it — or just drop the document

A forwarder or shipper posts the move: port, addresses, dates, containers. Or drops a booking, arrival notice or delivery order — as text or a PDF.

⚡ AI agentThe agent reads the document and fills the whole order — containers, refs, multi-stop addresses and dates — and checks every address.
2
🚛

Matched truckers quote

Vetted transporters at that port see the job in their pool and price it, per container.

⚡ AI agentThe agent surfaces the job in each trucker's cockpit and can auto-quote within their own rules — day and night.
3
🤝

Bargain, then award

Both sides can bargain — send a target price back and forth — then the order-giver awards, guided by each company's live score.

⚡ AI agentThe agent flags every open bargain to act on, and recalls what you usually charge at that port.
4
🔑

Digital pick-up release

The trucker sends their pick-up code — Antwerp CPU/SCR, Rotterdam Portbase, Hamburg DAKOSY — to the order-giver, who releases the box in the port system.

⚡ AI agentThe agent writes the exact release request for the right port system, ready to send.
5
🧭

Dispatch — planned to the minute

The customer wants the box at a set time. The dispatcher plans backwards: road distance, a 45-min break after every 4.5h of driving, and the driver who has the hours.

⚡ AI agentThe agent computes the real truck road route, inserts the legal breaks, and tells you exactly when the driver must leave.
6
🛰️

Live ETA — answer instantly

Every truck is tracked. When a customer asks “when will it arrive?”, the answer is one tap away.

⚡ AI agentThe agent routes from the truck's live GPS to the address and hands you a ready-to-send arrival time.
7
🧾

Invoice, terms & get paid on time

The trucker invoices; the order-giver accepts it as correct and agrees a payment term (Net 15/30/45). Paying by the due date counts as on-time — and builds your score.

⚡ AI agentThe agent reads the invoice, checks it matches the deal, tracks the due date, and records on-time payment.

After the award — how an order works

What you and the transport company see, what changes need approval, and when you get an e-mail.

One order, five tabs

  • An awarded order opens on Move: the route as the truck drives it, the next step, the pick-up release and the progress.
  • Messages, Documents, Price & charges and Change / cancel are one click away — and “← List” takes you back.
  • Every container is its own job. If only part of an order is awarded, the awarded part and the part still waiting for quotes are shown separately.

Both sides see the same, at once

  • What one side does — a step marked, a document added, a change approved — shows on the other side's screen automatically; an open page refreshes itself every 30 seconds.
  • Everything is recorded on the order with date and time. No need to e-mail each other to confirm it.

E-mail only when you must act

  • By e-mail: a new offer or counter-offer, the award, a new message, a change to approve, extra costs to approve or answer, invoice and payment, a deadline at risk (once, and once more if it passes), a cancellation or a hold.
  • In the bell and on the order only: pick-up, delivery and empty-return steps, documents and CMR added, changes approved or rejected, delay notices, the release recorded.

Messages on the order

  • One conversation per order and transport company. You can also answer by replying to the e-mail.
  • Before the award, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links are hidden and no files can be sent. After the award: free text, PDF and photos.
  • Each message can be translated into your language with one click.

Changes after the award

  • The container number can be added or changed at any time — no approval needed.
  • A detail that was still empty (terminal, depot, PIN, reference) is added at once and the transport company is told.
  • Dates, addresses or a different container type go to the transport company for approval; until then the change shows as “waiting”, with old → new.

Missing details are flagged

  • If the truck still needs something — container number, pick-up terminal, PIN, empty-return depot or the delivery order (export: depot, release reference, gate-in terminal, booking, cut-off, booking document) — the order and the lists say so in orange until it is added.

Pick-up release

  • The customer releases the container to the transport company in the port system (Portbase, CPu or SCR) and marks it on the order. The transport company's code helps but is not required.
  • A transport company can save its codes once under My company — they are then shown to the customer on every award.

Documents, references, PDF

  • The delivery order (import) or booking document (export), the signed CMR and the proof behind extra costs open on the order with 👁 View.
  • Each side can add its own file number as “Your ref” — only your company sees it.
  • 🖨 PDF prints the transport order. Each side gets its own copy: its own price and its own reference.

Your team

  • Invite colleagues under My company → Team. Everyone in the company sees its orders, messages and documents.
  • Sharing one mailbox? Invite name+addresses such as ops+anna@yourcompany.com — they arrive in the same inbox.

Favourite transport companies

  • Press ☆ next to a transport company on a quote or on an awarded order to keep it as a favourite.
  • Next time, give a job directly to a favourite at your all-in price — only that company sees it. It accepts and the job is awarded; if it declines or does not answer within 2 hours (1 hour for a job within a day), the job opens to everyone.

One agent. Every step.

From the first order to the final payment, your AI agent reads the documents, plans the runs, guards the clocks and remembers every job — so you move boxes, not paperwork. And it briefs you every morning: what's at risk, what to quote, what to invoice.
