Security & your data

Where your data is

• The platform runs in Frankfurt, Germany (Vercel, region fra1). The database is in the EU (Neon, Frankfurt).
• Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash — nobody, including us, can read them.
• Documents you upload (delivery orders, CMRs, invoices) are opened through the platform, which first checks who is asking.

Who sees what

• Only companies we have checked and approved see the customer's name, the full address and the references of an open job. A company waiting for approval sees the port, the dates, the container type and the town — and cannot send prices.
• Transport companies never see each other's prices. The customer sees the prices given on its own orders.
• Phone numbers and e-mail addresses written in messages stay hidden until the job is awarded.
• The documents of an order are shown only to the customer and to the transport company that won the job.
• Our team can open orders to help and to settle disputes. Admin accounts use a two-step sign-in: the password plus a code sent by e-mail on every new browser.

TruckerAI — what the AI does

• TruckerAI is an assistant inside the platform. It reads what you give it — a message, a PDF, a photo — and prepares the order or the answer. What is posted, priced or accepted, you confirm.
• It runs on Anthropic's Claude models. What we send is used only to return your answer; it is not used to train Anthropic's or anyone else's models.
• You don't have to use it: every step also has a normal form.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show your prices, your customers or your orders to other members beyond what is described above.
