About ContainerTransport
What is ContainerTransport?
An online marketplace for container transport from the port. Forwarders and shippers post a container; transport companies that work at that port quote per container; the forwarder compares and awards. TruckerAI, our AI agent, reads the documents and keeps release, changes, pick-up, POD and the invoice on one record.
Which ports does it cover?
Antwerp and Rotterdam are live today. Hamburg, Le Havre and Fos are next.
What does it cost?
Everything is free until 31 December 2026 — posting, quoting and TruckerAI. After that, forwarders and shippers pay one yearly plan per company; nothing is charged unless you sign up for it. Transport companies use the platform free. There is no commission on the freight and no per-container fee.
Who is behind it?
ANKA-BE SRL, a registered Belgian company in Visé (enterprise no. 1008.854.636), run by people who work in container freight every day. TruckerAI works around the clock; a team in Belgium reads along.
Is my data safe?
It is hosted in the EU and handled under the GDPR. Each company sees only its own orders, and a transport company sees only its own quotes. Customer names and exact addresses are shown to members only. Privacy →
For forwarders and shippers
How do I post a container?
Type it in, or drop the booking, arrival notice or delivery order — TruckerAI fills in containers, references, addresses and dates. You check it and post. Your addresses are saved, so the next order is quicker.
Who sees my job?
Transport companies that cover that port and that equipment. They see it on their job board and get it by email the moment it is posted, and quote per container.
How do I choose a transport company?
Compare the offers per container, send a counter-offer if you like, and award. A price guide shows a typical range for the move. Each member has a performance score, and companies checked by our team carry a ‘Verified’ badge.
Can I change an order after posting?
Yes. As long as a container is not awarded, change anything with ‘Edit order’ — or just tell TruckerAI what to change. After the award, a change is sent to the transport company to approve.
Who pays the transport company, and when?
You pay the transport company directly; the payment term is agreed between you (for example 15 or 30 days). We don't hold or collect the money. The transport company's invoice is checked against the agreed price and approved extra costs.
What if something goes wrong?
The whole move is on the record — order, changes, release, pick-up, delivery, POD and extra costs — and cancellation, waiting time and changes after award are covered by the platform rules every member accepts. When something goes wrong →
Are the prices I receive kept?
Yes. Every quote you receive and every price you award stays on record under Price record, lane by lane — handy to budget and to quote your own customers. Download it as a CSV, and each order as a PDF for your files.
For transport companies
How do I get jobs?
Sign up, then set your ports and equipment. New container jobs that fit you reach you by email and on your job board; you quote per container and win the work directly from the forwarder.
Is it free for transport companies?
Yes, transport companies use ContainerTransport free — and everything on the platform is free until 31 December 2026.
Is my company checked?
Yes. After sign-up our team checks the company (registration and VAT). Your offers then carry the ‘Verified’ badge forwarders look for.
How do release and pick-up references work?
Release is built in — CPU, SCR, Portbase and DAKOSY — and the order shows the terminal, depot, PIN and return reference for every container once you are awarded.
How do I get paid?
The forwarder pays you directly, on the term you agreed. Upload your invoice on the job: it is checked against the agreed price and approved extras, so both sides see the same numbers.
What about waiting time and extra costs?
Raise the extra cost on the job with a short reason. The forwarder approves it, and it is added to the record and to the invoice check.
Can I see the prices I gave and the jobs I won?
Yes. Every price you quote stays on record for you under Price record: what you quoted to each customer and what you won, lane by lane, with your win rate — so you know your market before the next quote. Download it as a CSV any time. Only your company sees it.
Can I take an awarded order into my own system?
Yes. As soon as your price is accepted, the order is ready: press 🖨 PDF on the order to download it with every detail (addresses, dates, references, release) for your own planning system.

What is TruckerAI?
Your AI agent on the platform. Chat, talk or reply to any of our emails; drop or paste a document or a screenshot and it reads it. It posts, quotes, plans and reminds you of pick-up windows and cut-offs.
Can TruckerAI commit me to something?
No. Nothing that commits money or a deal happens without your own one-tap confirmation.
